COLORED ALUMINUM FOIL FOR COOKING AND METHOD OF PRODUCING BAKED SWEET POTATO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored aluminum foil for cooking in which the problem of occurrence of wrinkle is improved and which is capable of coping with the requirement of heat resistance and safety and bringing out sweetness (taste) of the sweet potato by wrapping the sweet potato with the foil and heating it in an oven toaster.

SOLUTION: The colored aluminum foil for cooking has a colored layer formed on one surface of the aluminum foil. The colored layer is formed of the dry coating film of colored ink containing a polyamide resin and pigment.
