<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user who registers own biological information in a biometrics correspondence IC card by registering the biological information by a terminal such as an ATM although it is necessary for the user to visit a store again after the IC card is delivered to the user principal, that is, to register own biological information in the biometrics IC card by the ATM without visiting a financial institute store for registration. <P>SOLUTION: A biometrics card issue system is configured to issue a temporary card in which biological information for principal confirmation is registered when newly issuing a biometrics correspondence card, and to, when the biometrics correspondence card is sent to a user from a financial institute, perform principal identification by a temporary card by the biometrics correspondence ATM, and to register biological information in a biometrics correspondence card, and to delate the biological information stored in the temporary card and the card is collected and reused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
