PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy for discriminating cancer in a pathologic diagnosis by a pathological tissue image analysis.

SOLUTION: A pathologic tissue image analyzer includes: an interstitial region-duct region detecting means 106 for detecting a duct region from an image, on the basis of duct feature information indicating a feature of a duct included in a tissue region in the biological tissue image; an intra-duct cell nucleus detecting means 107 for extracting a cell nucleus, included in the detected duct region on the basis of a preset pigment reference; and a duct formation evaluating means 108 for calculating the degree of variant of the duct, on the basis of a distribution state of the cell nucleus relative to a preset base region in each duct.
