<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus which, even when wireless communication is performed by power from a battery mounted in an apparatus body, performs communication control in accordance with a utilization method desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus includes: an image capture means which captures an optical image of a subject and produces an image signal; a memory means which stores the image signal as image data; a communication means which conducts a data transmitting operation for transmitting the image data to an external apparatus by wireless communication; a battery which supplies power to the image capture means and the communication means; a determination means which detects remaining battery power of the battery to determine whether or not the detected remaining battery power falls below a predetermined value; and a control means which interrupts the data transmitting operation conducted by the communication means, when the remaining power falls below the predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
