PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, a program and an annunciation time control method for improving a convenience of an alarm generation function, by determining an alarm generation time preferable for user, based on externally-provided information and user-specific information. SOLUTION: The electronic device 12 includes: a storing section 20 for storing a user schedule and a time when the user schedule is announced; an acquiring section 245 for obtaining change information on a schedule registered with a server 11; an extraction section 246 for extracting the change information on the user schedule stored in the storing section 20 among the change information acquired by the acquiring section 245; and a determining section 247 for determining the time the user schedule is actually announced, on the basis of the time when the user schedule is announced and the change information extracted by the extraction section 246.
