PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove salt matter adhered to a bridge, the salt matter being included in a road antifreezing agent used in winter. SOLUTION: A tank 14 storing nano bubble water including micro bubbles or a number of nano bubbles with particle size of 200 nm is prepared. The nano bubble water in the tank is pressurized by a pump 16 and sprayed to the surface of a bridge to which salt matter is adhered through a nozzle 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
