PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, in the recycle process of reusing used products or units of a copying machine, a facsimile or the like, or using them as resin materials, the process of removing and purifying the fine particle powder toner which is attached on those units or the parts is necessary; also, a dry cleaning method in cleaning is emphasized for lowering energy consumption or reducing the environmental load; however, the cleaning capability has been not enough against the toner with strong adhesion force. SOLUTION: There are arranged a large number of nozzles 2 as a cleaning medium floating diffusion means to float and diffuse a cleaning medium M inside the cleaning tank by using a solid cleaning medium, especially a slice of cleaning medium M and nozzles 6 as a cleaning medium acceleration means to accelerate the floating and diffusing cleaning medium M toward an object to be cleaned W by using air flow. The nozzles 2 eliminate the remaining of the cleaning medium by changing the ejection direction, and the nozzles 6 eliminates the cleaning unevenness of the objects to be cleaned by changing the blowing direction.
