<p>Disclosed is a multi-step gene amplification method comprising the steps of: fixing a biological sample (2), a first nucleic acid amplification reaction solution (3a) and a second nucleic acid amplification reaction solution (3b) separately; inserting a magnetic carrier (4) into the biological sample (2) to cause the adsorption of the biological sample (2) on the magnetic carrier (4); removing the magnetic carrier from the biological sample (2) and collecting a part of the biological sample (2); inserting the magnetic carrier (4) into the inside of the first nucleic acid amplification reaction solution (3a) to mix the biological sample (2) adsorbed on the magnetic carrier (4) with the first nucleic acid amplification reaction solution (3a), thereby forming a first mixed liquid droplet (12); carrying out a first gene amplification reaction by using the first mixed liquid droplet (12); removing the magnetic carrier (4) from the first mixed liquid droplet (12); inserting the magnetic carrier (4) into the inside of the second nucleic acid amplification reaction solution (3b) to mix the first mixed liquid droplet (12) adsorbed on the magnetic carrier (4) with the second nucleic acid amplification reaction solution (3b), thereby forming a second mixed liquid droplet (15); and carrying out a second gene amplification reaction by using the second mixed liquid droplet (15).</p> |
