PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an element for a radiator is provided to prevent scratch from becoming formed on the surface of an element since half-finished goods are naturally expanded using high-pressure water or oil. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing an element for a radiator comprises next steps. A flat shape of half-finished goods are placed in first molds(30,30a) and second molds(40,40a). High-pressure water or oil is supplied into the molds. A space is formed in the element. A protrusion and a recess are formed on the element. The water or oil has a pressure of 3000~6000Kg/cm^2. The protrusion and the recess are formed on the element to make bilateral symmetry. |
