<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a plug-in vehicle, which charges power storage devices loaded on a vehicle via a charging cable connected to a power supply outside the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The controller of the plug-in vehicle is provided with a control part for outputting a charging command signal for permitting charging for the power storage devices 151, 152 and 153 to a charger 20, connected to the power supply outside the vehicle via the charging cable 300; the controller is also provided with a current detecting part 101 detecting a current flowing through a power line 100 connected to the charging cable 300 and a switch circuit SW4 making monitor current flow through the power line 100 from the power supply outside the vehicle; and the control part determines that the charging cable 300 is connected to the vehicle, when the current detecting part 101 detects current, in either a conduction state or an interruption state of the switch circuit SW4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
