<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the damage of a blanket roll and to improve printing accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A plate table 4 and a table 6 for printing are provided in a travelable manner on a guide rail 2 provided on a frame. A part corresponding to a longitudinal intermediate part of the guide rail 2 is provided with the blanket roll 10, a driving motor for rotating the blanket roll 10, and a transfer mechanism part that includes a lifting ball screw mechanism. A control device brings the blanket roll 10 into contact with the upper side of a blank space 3b when the blank space 3b on the tip side in the moving direction rather than a print pattern forming area 3a of a plate 3 on the plate table 4 is located directly under the blanket roll 10.
