<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a system having a plurality of functional units as the input destinations of prescribed energy, there is no reference to determine to which functional unit prescribed energy is to be inputted. <P>SOLUTION: An energy management device includes a motor generator 12 and an engine 10 as a functional unit for satisfying a drive request, and also includes waste heat heating and a heat pump as a functional unit for achieving a heating request.
