<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system, a settlement method and a program, for achieving settlement without interrupting a game. <P>SOLUTION: In a settlement server 1, a request for the purchase of an item is performed by a game machine 10, and personal identification and credit settlement is performed by a communication terminal 20 of a traveling object. Thus, a player can perform personal identification and credit card settlement by the communication terminal 20 of the traveling object without interrupting the game by the game machine 1.
