PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clear a role of PDLIM2 in a wound cure reaction and to apply the knowledge to drug discovery.

SOLUTION: This wound remedy provided contains a substance to suppress the development or function of PDLIM2. The substance to suppress the development or function of PDLIM2, is preferably such that the substance to suppress the development or function of PDLIM2 is an siRNA capable of suppressing specifically the development of PDLIM2, an antisense nucleic acid, or a development vector capable of developing these polynucleotides. This method for screening a substance capable of curing the wound comprises evaluating whether an examinee can suppress the development or function of PDLIM2 or cannot.
