<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill diagnostic system, a server, a computer program and a skill diagnostic method for easily giving questions to a subject according to the skill of the subject. <P>SOLUTION: In the skill diagnostic system that diagnoses the skill of a subject, a question is given to the subject by means of a client terminal 2A operated by a person who gives the question and a server 1, and the server 1 obtains answers to the question input by the subject who operates the client terminal 2B. The questions to be given to the subject are registered in the server 1. The server prompts the person who gives questions to select at least one of the questions to be given to the subject. The URL of a link where an answer to the selected question can be input is set.
