<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an interview date between an interviewee and one or more interviewers by using a computer with high efficiency and the high degree of freedom. <P>SOLUTION: When registration is performed from an applicant, and documentary elimination is performed, a person in charge of an interview division is urged to designate one or more interview candidate dates. A person in charge of personnel affairs who adjusts an interview date from one or more interview candidate dates designated by the person in charge of the interview division selects one or more interview candidate dates. The applicant is urged to select one interview candidate from the selected interview candidate dates, and when one interview candidate date is selected, the interview candidate date is determined. Alternatively, when an alternative schedule is requested from the applicant, readjustment of the interview date is performed.
