<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor capable of changing a pressing force against an oscillator. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic motor includes the oscillator 10 for exciting oscillation by the application of an electric signal, an ultrasonic motor body 13 integrated with the oscillator 10 via an elastic section 12, drive sections 12a, 12b integrated with the oscillator 10, and a piezoelectric element 15 expanded and contracted uniaxially by the application of the electric signal, and the oscillator 10 is pressed via the elastic section 12 by the pressing force corresponding to the expansion and contraction of the piezoelectric element 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
