METHOD FOR PRODUCING FLAME-RETARDANT CONDUCTIVE YARN AND FLAME-RETARDANT CONDUCTIVE YARN PRODUCED BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant conductive yarn composed of a cellulose-based fiber which gives stable conductivity, has improved flame retardancy and excellent productivity and is relatively inexpensively produced and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant conductive yarn composed of a cellulose-based fiber having excellent flame retardancy is obtained by reacting a yarn composed of a cellulose-based fiber treated with a treatment liquid containing a dopant, an oxidizing agent and a binder resin with a conductive polymer precursor in a vapor-phase state and adding a flame retardant to the treatment liquid or attaching a flame retardant to the cellulose-based fiber by a dipping treatment in a separate step.
