PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset canceling circuit capable of correctly canceling an offset value of an output voltage of a Hall element. SOLUTION: In the offset canceling circuit 100 of the Hall element 10, an external voltage is applied from four directions so that a current flowing in the Hall element 10 is switched at every 90°and turned into first to fourth states, thereby averaging each output voltage of the Hall element 10 in the first to fourth states.
