<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize allowances and working loads of respective clews while improving the efficiency of a vehicle dispatching, and further to achieve crew allocation considering the compliance of working conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle dispatching part 12 in a vehicle dispatching apparatus 1 creates a delivery plan by making received delivery request information correspond to a vehicle to be delivered. Then, a working time calculation part (organization creation part) 13 calculates the working time of each crew in the delivery plan of each vehicle in each number of times. Then an organization planning part (organization creation part) 14 creates organizations by collecting the delivery plans of respective vehicles so that each crew can work within prescribed working time. Then, a fare-charge calculation part 15 calculates fares or charges in each organization. Further, a crew allocation part 16 refers to accumulated allowances within a prescribed period about crews capable of working in the organizations and performs crew allocation processing for sequentially allocating a crew with the lowest allowance to the organization with the highest fare or charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
