PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a lens unit containing a lens required to be aligned. SOLUTION: The lens unit 50 includes: a lens 10; a lens group in which the lens 10 is stacked on the light input side or light output side; and a cylindrical portion 60 firmly pressing and holding the lens group. The lens 10 is aligned on the lens group firmly pressed and held by the cylindrical portion 60, and then is stuck and fixed on the lens group. The lens group includes lenses 20, 30, and 40.
