The arrangement has a baseplate (3) that is fastened to a circular stage (21) of a lamp holder (2). An LED or surface mounted-LED (31) is arranged at the baseplate. A cooling body (4) is installed at a lower surface of the baseplate, and cylinders (41) extend from the cooling body, where height of the cylinders corresponds to thickness of the baseplate. The cylinders run through holes (32) of the baseplate and stand in positive connection with a heat conducting base (311) at a lower part of the LED, where the holes are provided at the heat conducting base.
