The drive train has a differential gear distributing driving torque on side shafts (1) that are guided at a wheel. One of the side shafts has two side shafts parts (2, 3) that are coupled with one another over a damping element (4), where the damping element is designed in a torque-proof manner even under loading in an axial direction. The damping element is designed as a metallic bellows (6) or a spring, and a centering device is arranged in an inner area of the damping element. Flanges (7, 7') connected with the side shaft parts are inserted into the damping element.
