PURPOSE: A flapping apparatus is provided, which can obtain enough lift which makes aviation of a micro aerial vehicle possible. CONSTITUTION: A flapping apparatus comprises: a frame(100) including a pair of I-form plates and a pair of fixed bars; a drive motor(200) fixed to one side of the frame; a slider which is equipped with a parallel bar sliding vertically; a pair of connection links(500) in which one end is rotationally connected to both ends of the parallel bar; a pair of operating links(600) in which one end is connected to the other end part of the connection link and the other end is connected to the fixed bar; and a pair of wings(700) which are fixed to the upper surface of the operating link.
