PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a latent curing agent in such a way that permeation of an imidazole solution into porous resin particles is increased more than ever before, without sacrificing latency and fast curability at low temperature.
SOLUTION: The latent curing agent formed by holding an imidazole compound on the porous resin particles is produced by: emulsifying an oil phase obtained by dissolving a polyfunctional isocyanate compound in an organic solvent, in an aqueous phase obtained by dissolving a water-soluble polypeptide and a surfactant in water; next subjecting the emulsion to interfacial polymerization; conducting enzymatic decomposition treatment by further charging a protease; subsequently recovering the porous resin particle; and permeating the imidazole solution into the recovered porous resin particles.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
