<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-base sliding alloy in which brittleness is hard to occur, and whose fatigue resistance is excellent, and to provide a casting device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The Al-base sliding alloy 3 comprising 1 to 15 mass% Si is characterized in that, Si is made to exist like particle in the observation field of the Al-base sliding alloy 3, wherein the maximum diameter of the Si grains 5 is set to 0.01 to 7.5 μm, and the total area of the Si grains 5 with a diameter of ≤5.5 μm is occupied by ≥95% of the total area of the Si grains 5 existing in the Al-base sliding alloy 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
