<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dry sea urchin. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the dry sea urchin eggs includes (1) taking out sea urchin eggs of raw material from shells, (2) boiling the sea urchin eggs in seawater or steaming the sea urchin eggs with tap water in a state not breaking the aggregates of the sea urchin eggs, (3) cooling the treated sea urchin eggs, when it is needed to withdraw the sweet taste of the sea urchin eggs, (4) roasting the treated sea urchin eggs in a toaster oven or directly broiling the treated sea urchin eggs with the fire of a burner to remove the raw fish smell, (5) arranging and drying the treated sea urchin eggs on a bamboo basket or a net, and then (6) packing or vacuum-packing the streamed, roasted and dried sea urchin eggs in a bag or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
