<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip which enables advertising to be made upon delivery of goods, and also, a purchase application to be made by a customer using a postcard and further, prevents a postcard part from being curled, even when a postcard piece part attached releasably to the surface of a sheet base is released. <P>SOLUTION: This delivery slip is constituted of a base sheet to be attached to delivery matter with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a display sheet which is superposed on the upper side of the base sheet and bonded by its specified part. In addition, the display sheet is divided into an attachable slip part, a delivery slip part and a postcard piece part by two pieces of slit formed in parallel. The delivery slip part and the postcard piece part are a delivery slip which is falsely bonded in releasable fashion through the base sheet and a false adhesive layer. The postcard piece part has a larger external dimension than the external dimension of the specified postcard and has a false adhesive layer arranged on the four circumferential edge parts on the back side of the postcard piece part. Besides, in the region inside of the false adhesive layer formed on the four circumferential edge parts, a line of perforations arranged in a rectangular shape having the external dimension of the postcard is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
