PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to previously know whether a battery can be charged or not during parking. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device 1 supplied with a power supply voltage from the battery 23 comprises: a display section 12; and a control section 11 for searching a candidate of a parking area in which a vehicle is parked, acquiring solar irradiation information indicating whether the searched parking area is irradiated with sunlight, calculating a charging time of the battery 23 on the basis of the acquired solar irradiation information, accumulating a predetermined charging current to the calculated charging time, calculating the charging quantity of the battery 23, and displaying the calculated charging quantity, and parking area information on the searched parking area which is associated with the charging quantity on the displaying section 12.
