PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an aqueous paint increasing weather resistance without a decrease of an anti-fouling property and an appearance of a coated film such as glossiness and the like. SOLUTION: The resin composition for two liquid type or multi-components type paint contains a water-soluble and/or water-dispersible resin (A), an organosilicate and/or the modified substance (B), a curing catalyst (C) promoting hydrolytic condensation reaction of an alkoxysilyl group, and a hindered amine-based light stabilizer (HALS) (D) having a logarithm value (pKa) of a reciprocal of an acid dissociation constant of not more than 7.
