PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early and accurately detect bubbles or the like generated when a storing container such as a beer barrel becomes empty and at an initial state after the storing container such as the beer barrel is replaced, and to discharge them by easily maintainable means. SOLUTION: A fluid dispensing system for feeding and/or discharging a fluid includes opening and closing means for intercepting the flow of the fluid by forming a bending part for bending a part of a pipe line by feeding pipe line opening and closing means. Controlling means acquires a content detected by detecting means, and determines the fluid to be sorted into a liquid and fluids other than the liquid depending on the acquired content, and based on the result of the determination, the liquid is dispensed to a spout through the feeding pipe line, and the fluid other than the liquid is dispensed to the discharging pipe line.
