PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately execute A/D conversion, in A/D conversion using a plurality of A/D converters. SOLUTION: This device 1 for processing an analog signal includes: the plurality of A/D converters 14a, 14b; Fourier transform parts 16a, 16b for converting respective outputs of the A/D converters 14a, 14b to signals in a frequency region in a measurement band of a width≤1/2 of the frequency of sampling timing; component derivation parts 18, 19 for deriving a measurement frequency component S<SB>1</SB>in a measurement band of an analog signal and a superposition factor component S<SB>2</SB>outside the measurement band of the analog signal becoming a base of a superposition component R<SB>12</SB>having a frequency identical to the measurement frequency component in the signal in the frequency region based on signals X<SB>1</SB>, X<SB>2</SB>in the frequency region, a frequency f<SB>1</SB>of the signals in the frequency region and each temporal differenceδt of sampling timing; and a spectrum derivation part 20 for deriving a spectrum having the measurement frequency component S<SB>1</SB>and the superposition factor component S<SB>2</SB>.
