PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a front surface plate of a suspension member formed with an opening from being easily damaged, even if the suspension member is repeatedly and elastically twisted as a whole by an external force, and to attain prevention of the damage to the front surface plate in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This front lower part structure includes the suspension member 14 of a closed section structure supported by a vehicle body to suspend wheels, a driving unit for traveling arranged in front of the suspension member 14 and supported by the vehicle body, and a torque rod 37 which extends in the longitudinal direction, has a front end connected to the driving unit and a rear end 35 passed through the opening 31 formed in the front surface plate 25 of the suspension member 14, is inserted into the suspension member 14 and is connected to the suspension member 14. Each bent part 41 is formed on the front surface plate 25 in the vicinity of each opening edge of the opening 31 in a width direction of the vehicle body.
