PURPOSE: A PCB with a connector pin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove a separate welding process for coupling the connector pin, thereby simplifying assembly. CONSTITUTION: An upper outer layer plate(11) and a lower outer layer plate(12) are located on an upper side and a lower side of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(A). The upper outer layer plate and the lower outer layer plate form the frame of the PCB. A connector pin(21) electrically connects to circuit patterns of the upper outer layer plate and the lower outer layer plate. Insulation layer units(15) are formed on the connector pin, the upper outer layer plate, and the lower outer layer plate respectively. An inner layer unit is electrically connected to a circuit pattern. The outside of a connector(25) is connected to the inside layer unit. |
