PURPOSE: A conveyer roller with a retractable shaft is intended to enable the conveyer roller to be easily assembled and dissembled to/from left and right frames and to enable a shaft to be easily fixed to a frame. CONSTITUTION: A conveyer roller with a retractable shaft comprises a shaft, which is protruded from both ends of a pipe(12). A bearing(14) is connected between the protruded shaft and the pipe and thus the pipe is rotatably connected to the shaft. A bearing housing(13) and the bearing are arranged in both ends of the pipe and a shaft support(15) is installed on the inner surface of the bearing. A shaft inserting space(16) is formed in the shaft support. A shaft supporting bolt(17), which is inserted into the shaft inserting space, is arranged on the rear end of the shaft support. A spring(22) and a shaft(21) are inserted into the shaft inserting space, the shaft supporting bolt is connected to a screw groove, which is formed on the inner end of the shaft, and an outer screw groove(21-1), which is connected to a frame(31) by a bolt(32), is formed on the outer end of the shaft.
