PURPOSE: A femto cell base station, a method for controlling a femto cell base station, and a terminal device are provided to reduce the influence of crossed class interference generating between a macro cell base station and the femto cell base station. CONSTITUTION: A transceiving unit(511) performs a first terminal device and a wireless communication within control area of femto cell base station through channel between a macro cell base station and one among at least one second terminal device within preset distance from a macro cell base station. A transmission power determination unit(512) determines transmission power value of a first wireless signal about a first terminal device. An interference signal remover(522) extracts a first wireless signal from the wireless signal.
