[Class 89 (ii).] The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes an automatically releasable fastening for coffin lowering ropes comprising a spring-retracted pin p engaging a forked block q and an eye in the rope extending into the fork ; the eye engages a groove r in the pin, but when the rope is slackened a spring on the pin shank retracts it through the eye. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. |
