TROUBLE RECOVERY SYSTEM USING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A trouble recovery system using a standard operating procedure and a method thereof are provided to supply a standard operating procedure when a trouble slip for a device with a trouble is issued, thereby supporting a trouble recovery work of a remote worker. CONSTITUTION: A standard operation procedure management server(300) receives a trouble slip. The standard operation procedure management server automatically selects a standard operation procedure for recovering a trouble corresponding to the receiving trouble slip. The standard operation procedure management server transmits the trouble slip and the standard operation procedure to a remote worker connected to a communication network. If completion of the standard operation procedure is notified from the remote worker, the standard operation procedure management server notifies that the trouble slip is completely performed to a trouble slip management server(200).
