PURPOSE: A carrier module is provided to minimize the quantity of a device which is determined as a defect during a test process. CONSTITUTION: A pocket(20), in which a device seating part(21) is included, is combined with a body(10) in which a pocket seating part(11) is included. The pocket fixes and separate a device by rotating a latch(50) to the inner and outer side of the device seating part by the operation of a button(30) which is grabbed in a spring towards the upper side of the body. The pocket is descended by the operation of the button. The pocket is ascended by a support body(40) which is combined with the body.
