<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented silicon steel sheet which is excellent in crystal grain growth and magnetic properties without hindering productivity while permitting to contain Ti. <P>SOLUTION: The non-oriented silicon steel sheet contains ≤3.5% Si, ≤0.15% Mn, ≤0.1 to ≤3.0% Al, ≤0.0050% C, ≥0.020 to 0.010% Ti, ≥0.010 to ≤0.0050% S, and 0.050 to ≤0.20% Sn, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the average crystal grain size before stress relieving annealing is ≥40 μm, the average crystal grain size after the stress relieving annealing is ≥60 μm, the content of solid solution Ti before the stress relieving annealing is <0.0020mass%, and a precipitated object containing both of Ti and S before the stress relieving annealing is included. In the method for manufacturing the same, the desulfurizing treatment is not applied by a desulfurizing flux, Ca alloy, M alloy, and REM after adjusting the component in steel manufacture, but applied at a slab heating temperature of 1,000-1,150 prior to the hot rolling and at a hot rolled sheet annealing temperature of 900-1,150°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
