PURPOSE: An electrode assembly and a secondary battery including thereof are provided to improve the capacity of the secondary battery by reducing the thickness of a finishing tape included in the electrode assembly. CONSTITUTION: An electrode assembly(10) comprises the following: an electrode group(20) formed by laminating and winding a first electrode plate(21), a separator(23), and a second electrode plate(25); and a finishing tape(30a) attached to a predetermined portion of the end part of the electrode group. The thickness of the finishing tape is 15~19 microns. The width of the finishing tape is larger than 10 millimeters. |
