<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head of a low center of gravity which is less likely to receive resistance of the grass in spite of a loft angle of 27 deg. or less. SOLUTION: This is a golf club head of metal suitable for an iron or a utility club comprising a first sole part S1 positioned on the face side of the golf club head to get in contact with the ground, and a second sole part S2 positioned on the back side of it for deepening the center of gravity in which a sole width W1 of the first sole part S1 is larger than a sole width W2 of the second sole part S2. A golf club provided with this head is also provided.</p> |
