<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing system capable of reducing a commission for a debit settlement borne by a game player or a game parlor when dispensing game media by the debit settlement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This game medium dispensing system debits a settlement amount intended by a user customer of a debit card, calculates a net use amount actually used by the game player for the game, when a settlement button is pushed down (ON) (debit settlement), cancels the intended settlement amount first set by the game player, and executing the debit settlement of calculating the commission by the debit settlement of the net use amount.
