<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the end batch deletion of a plurality of credits corresponding to payment performed in a batch to a plurality of credits. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of claim detail data are stored in a claim detail table storage part 13. A total invoice number assignment processing part 17 divides the stored claim detail data into the sets of claim detail data having the same "total unification units", and assigns total invoice numbers to each set, and applies the total invoice numbers assigned to the set including the claim detail data to the claim detail data. A total invoice deletion processing part 20 calculates the total sum of the invoice by adding the claim sum of the claim detail data having the same total invoice numbers for each of total invoice numbers. The total invoice deletion processing part 20 executes the deletion of credits by using all the claim detail data having the total invoice number of the total invoice whose total invoice sum is matched with the sum of payment as the object of deletion.
