PURPOSE: A reinforcing assembly for a reinforced soil retaining wall is provided to minimize the displacement of a cutting surface by reinforcing mounding soil. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing assembly for a reinforced soil retaining wall is composed of front blocks(120), mounding soil(140), horizontal connecting rods(130), binding rods, and resisting plates. The front blocks are separated from a cutting surface(100) and are loaded. A gap between the front blocks and the cutting surface is filled with the mounding soil. The horizontal connecting rods are horizontally inserted into the mounding soil and are connected to the front blocks. The binding rods are coupled to the horizontal connecting rods. The resisting plates are coupled to the binding rods.
