PURPOSE: A solid-state imaging device, and an operating method and an electronic device thereof are provided to reduce a random noise or an in-surface stain during reset when a reset level is read after reading a signal level. CONSTITUTION: A unit pixel includes a photoelectric converting unit(21) and a reset transistor(23). The reset transistor resets impurity diffusion regions(261,262) by a voltage of a voltage supply line(174). At least one reset transistor becomes in a depletion state in fixed impurity concentration of the unit pixel. An operating circuit converts a voltage of the power supply line from the first voltage to the second voltage. The first voltage is lower than the depletion potential of the reset transistor. The second voltage is higher than the depletion potential.
