PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanized tire cooling technique capable of collectively cooling a bead part, of which the cooling time becomes long because the bead part is especially large in rubber thickness, to quench the same. SOLUTION: The vulcanized tire cooling apparatus is equipped with the inflation device 2 mounted on the inner peripheral surface of a vulcanized tire 1 and the upper and lower rims 3 and 3 mounted on the bead part 10 of the vulcanized tire. Hollow flow channels 30 are formed in the upper and lower rims and cooling air supply pipes 31 is connected to the cooling air flow channels and cooling air is supplied into the hollow flow channels in the rims from the cooling air supply pipes to cool the vulcanized tire. |
