The invention relates to a wind power installation comprising a frame (21) and an electricity pylon (1) comprising near ground level an at least partly pyramid shaped basis (7) for supporting a mast carrying cable supporting arms (3). The basis comprises supports anchored in foundation elements (9). The frame comprises supporting members (23) which during assembling are mountable over the basis of said electricity pylon for fixing these supporting members to the foundation elements (9) to provide an independent frame for carrying a wind turbine (25) above cable supporting arms of said electricity pylon. |
