PURPOSE: A producing method of cold stock noodles(naengmyeon) using wild ginseng, and the naengmyeon are provided to offer the unique taste and flavor of the wild ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cold stock noodles(naengmyeon) using wild ginseng comprises the following steps: washing the wild ginseng, and freeze-drying(S110); crushing the freeze-dried wild ginseng to make powder(S120); mixing the wild ginseng powder with edible salt water to make a naengmyeon composition(S130); compressing and aging the naengmyeon composition(S140); and extruding noodles with an extruder using the naengmyeon composition(S150). |
