The metal layer (5) or further metal layer is partially coated with a further metal layer before exposing the surface at the front side and after exposing the surface at back-side. A ring-shaped area is exposed through removing the metal in order to prevent a galvanic coating of the metal enclosed by the area. The removal of the metal is carried out through mechanical removing, etching or laser ablation.
